Hello Friends, I trust this message finds you well. I just want to give you a heads up on the latest with After Edmund and maybe even a behind the scenes peak into our world.
First and best news of all is that God is still using AE to make an eternal impact on people. We get emails and calls and in-person visits at shows with stories of how God has visited them and pulled them from depression, cutting, suicide, or divorce, and given them hope, peace, happiness and abundant life instead! All glory to Him! And we are humbled and honored to be a part of it.
Number two, AE has been given the opportunity to play some great dates this Fall, some of which we’ll be headlining and some opening. I’ll include a list of dates and cities at the bottom and for more info you can check out myspace.com/AfterEdmund.
Can I tell you that it feels kind of weird for me to post where I’ll physically be during the next three months for the entire world to see. I mean, I get calls from old friends who say “I see you’re coming to my city! We should hang out.” And my response is always the same: “I am? When?” You see, my mother knows my schedule better than I do and that’s just a little freaky.
Number three, we are working up some fresh versions of our tunes for the Fall and we’re coming up with some interesting stuff. We’re trying to balance the line of what’s entertaining vs. sheer stupidity. We do this because we really want you leave a concert going “Wow, that was cool,” but we also want to keep from having a crutch… or a freak show. Oh, and we want to impress our wives too.
Some of the shot-down suggestions for new stuff to do include solving complex mathematical equations on a white board in the middle of the stage while playing our songs, doing magic tricks and all of us swapping instruments twice during the same song. Wait… We kept that one – it keeps us on our toes.
Well, that’s all I have for the moment. Please do come say/sing “Hello” at a show this tour. The dates are below.

After Edmund was introduced to Christian music fans on last fall’s SHOUTFEST Tour, and this winter with Seventh Day Slumber. Early rave reviews from outlets like CCM Magazine, Christian Retailing, Christianity Today and CMCentral.com have made After Edmund 2008’s debut artist to watch! Recent appearances on shows like The Harvest Show, Revolution TV, GOD TV and Gospel Music Channel’s Hot List didn’t hurt either. For more information, visit: www.afteredmund.com.

Loved meeting you guys at GMA week this spring with the Wrecked interview. Nice to find you on Soul-Audio! I’m so encouraged by the stories of people you come in contact with–reminds me that the craziness of the artist’s lifestyle is totally worth it if that’s what you’re called to.
Does it Resonate with you?
